For help with Seashell, account issues, billing questions, or privacy requests, email sobersend@gmail.com. Please include:
- The email address tied to your account (if you have one)
- Your device (iPhone, iPad, or Android) and a short description of the problem
Answering a question without an account
If someone invited you to answer a question, open the unique HTTPS link they sent. You do not need an App Store account, login, or password. Questions? Email sobersend@gmail.com.
Sign-in
Owners create an account in the Seashell app with email and a password. After you enter those, we email a one-time code to finish sign-in.
Forgot password
- On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password?
- Open the email we send, then choose a new password
If a reset email does not arrive, check spam and try again.
Delete your account
You can stop using Seashell at any time. To permanently delete your account and associated data:
- Email sobersend@gmail.com from the same address linked to your account
- Use the subject line: Delete my Seashell account
What is deleted: profile and app data tied to your account, including Legends you started and stories stored for those Legends.
What may be retained briefly: backups or logs kept for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance, then removed per the Privacy Policy.
If you were invited only as a Legend and never created an account, tell us the email or phone that received the invite and we will help locate that data.

Texts from Seashell are optional. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help, or email sobersend@gmail.com. Details: sobersend.com/rememberme/sms.
